Mia Rudic
Welcome to my world, where dance, fitness, and artistry converge. I’m Mia Rudic, a seasoned dancer, a dedicated Pilates instructor, and a passionate personal trainer. Born in the vibrant city of Novi Sad in 1986, my journey in the world of dance began early, and it has since transformed into a profound and beautiful exploration.
Over the years, I’ve honed my skills, collaborated with esteemed choreographers, and graced stages across the globe. I enriched my dance education and experience during a prestigious tenure at the Hamburg Ballet School. Following that, I had the privilege and I was honored to be a Dancer at the Bavarian State Ballet for an incredible 17 years.
Now, I’m back to share my expertise with you, helping you discover the joy of movement, self-expression, and holistic well-being. Join me on this journey, where the magic jof ballet, the transformative power of Pilates, and the personalized touch of personal training await.
Ballet
Immersed in the captivating world of the theater, I reveled in a rich tapestry of performances, ranging from the exquisite classics to the challenging works of masters like William Forsythe, Jiri Kilian, and Sharon Nayale. Amidst this eclectic mix, a defining moment unfolded during the premiere of a piece by the legendary Pina Bausch, a performance that etched itself deeply into my heart.
As the curtain rose, it wasn’t just a dance; it was a narrative weaving together movement, emotion, and expression. This particular masterpiece pushed the boundaries of my artistry, demanding not only my skills in dance but also compelling me to step into the realms of acting, speaking, and singing on the stage. It was a thrilling departure from the familiar confines of classical ballet, a moment of metamorphosis.
And amidst this artistic journey, an achievement stands out. Extending my technical and artistic prowess, I found myself elevated to the position of one of two soloists in William Forsythe’s monumental work, The “Artifact.”

Pilates
I earned my Pilates instructor certification at the prestigious German IFAA Academy, mentored by the outstanding Christiane Reiter, who learned directly from the legendary Romana Kryzanowska. Christiane’s health-oriented Pilates approach offers diverse possibilities for precise movements. Romana, a ballet dancer personally taught by Joseph Pilates, continued his legacy. My mission is to lead individuals in achieving precise movements, focusing on proper breathing, control, and the joy of fluid motion.

Personal Training
